Your Care Journey
Personalized care.
Your prescription.
There is no one-size-fits-all prescription. After your clinical consultation, your nurse practitioner determines a treatment plan for your individual needs — including active ingredients, strength, and format. Every prescription is prepared for you individually by our licensed compounding pharmacy partner. Services are not yet available — launching Fall 2026.
Treatment Area 01
Menopausal
Skin Changes
Skin thinning, dryness, and collagen loss are among the most common and clinically documented consequences of estrogen decline during perimenopause and menopause. If clinically appropriate following your assessment, your nurse practitioner may prescribe a personalized topical hormonal treatment for menopausal skin changes.
Clinical evidence on prescription topical estrogen therapy demonstrates up to +75% increase in epidermal thickness, +38% increase in collagen density, and 61–100% wrinkle reduction. Your clinician determines whether this treatment category is appropriate for you, and selects the specific formulation and strength accordingly.
There is no standard prescription. Every treatment is personalized — the active ingredients and concentrations are determined by your nurse practitioner based on your clinical assessment, history, and goals.
Clinically Demonstrated Outcomes
- +75% epidermal thickness (Moraes et al., 2009)
- +38% dermal collagen density (Fuchs et al., 2003)
- 61–100% wrinkle reduction (Schmidt et al., 1996)
- Improved skin hydration and elasticity
- Restoration of barrier function
Treatment Area 02
Overnight
Skin Renewal
Overnight skin renewal is a clinician-directed treatment approach for menopausal skin, addressing cellular turnover, fine lines, and skin texture. Your nurse practitioner selects the appropriate active ingredients and strength for your individual skin — including a gentler starter option for those new to retinoid therapy.
The overnight treatment cycle aligns with the skin's natural circadian repair biology. Your clinician may combine a prescription retinoid with a complementary hormonal active to support barrier integrity and reduce sensitivity — the specific combination and dose is determined through your clinical assessment.
First-time retinoid users typically begin at a lower strength. Your nurse practitioner adjusts your treatment plan as your skin responds over time.
Clinical Benefits
- Accelerated epidermal cell turnover
- MMP-1 inhibition — reduced collagen breakdown
- New collagen deposition via RAR + ER dual pathways
- Reduced retinoid-associated irritation (estriol buffer)
- Improved fine lines, texture, and pigmentation at 12 weeks

Bioactive matrikine peptides signal fibroblasts to produce new collagen, while the vitamin complex addresses oxidative stress, barrier disruption, and uneven tone — three of the most visible consequences of menopausal skin aging.
Demonstrated Benefits
- Up to 44% reduction in wrinkle depth (peptides, 12 wks)
- Improved skin barrier — reduced TEWL
- Reduction in hyperpigmentation (niacinamide)
- Antioxidant protection against environmental stressors
- Suitable for hormonal contraindications or preference
Treatment Area 04
Intimate
Wellness
Genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM) — including vaginal dryness, atrophy, irritation, and discomfort during intimacy — affects up to 50% of postmenopausal women and is clinically documented as a consequence of estrogen decline.
If clinically appropriate following your assessment, your nurse practitioner may prescribe a personalized compounded topical treatment for intimate wellness. Local prescription treatment for GSM may restore vaginal tissue, increase natural lubrication, and improve tissue elasticity with minimal systemic absorption compared to oral hormone therapy.
Your prescription, if issued, is prepared specifically for you by our licensed pharmacy partner — the active ingredient, concentration, and format are determined by your clinician based on your medical history and clinical needs.
Clinical Benefits
- Restoration of vaginal epithelial tissue
- Reduction in vaginal dryness and atrophy symptoms
- Improved comfort during intimacy
- Local estrogen effect with minimal systemic absorption
- No commercially available Canadian DIN — compounding fills the gap
